This service applies only to reservations for the Corporate segment and Website.
TRANSFER IN: This service is complimentary from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM, from Juan Santa María International Airport to the hotel, with prior reservation at least 36 hours before arrival. The client must share the itinerary:
- Airline
- Flight number
- Arrival time
After the flight lands, the transportation will wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
TRANSFER OUT: Courtesy service is available from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., departing from the Hotel from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., every hour and every two hours starting from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to Juan Santamaría International Airport, with prior reservation, at least 36 hours before departure.

We offer a transfer service between the Airport and the Hotel, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your comfort.
This service has an additional cost and must be reserved in advance to guarantee availability at your flight’s arrival or departure time.
